What it’s about
The Mosel-Sommer-Nacht is an ultracycling time trial over 303 kilometres and 650 metres of climbing along the Moselle: in the evening from Koblenz upstream to the turning point in Trittenheim and back on the same route. Ridden solo or as a team.
The start is in the evening, riding through the shortest night of the year; all participants get a reflective vest. Support is allowed, but only while stationary off the road; your own food depots are allowed, and the organiser takes a food package to the first and third timing stations. Timing stations confirm the route; a separate categories page (“Kategorien”) is not included in the page text evaluated.
